If you have a rental property in Illinois (Cook County), the form of a lease you prefer a one-year agreement furnished condo? I've been using abomar-form C, copyright 2002 by the building owner and manager of the Association of Illinois. This is a standard lease, without inclusions. I try to download online if someone knows where I can find, but I'm also open for other recommendations. To be honest - Condominium operating under a different set of rules and the Board of Directors to bring about new development offers a solution. Probably not, because the apartment owners do not like renters.
